All items we install come with their individual manufacturer product warranties, and all completed projects carry a 1 year labor warranty whereby any and all system support is free of charge.

Essentials Plan~
Unlimited Virtual Service Calls
Upon hearing from you, we will access your system remotely for changes or repairs during normal business hours. (Our regular service charge for remote-access changes or repairs is $50 per incident).
Annual Site Maintenance Visit (a $225 value)
We will perform all available software and firmware updates for your system as well as physically inspect all devices. Enclosed equipment spaces will be measured for excessive heat conditions.
Auto-reboot on loss of internet
Many common tech issues we see in the home are due to a modem or router that just needs to be rebooted. And its usually because your Internet Provider made a change. Our Services can detect a loss of internet and automatically reboot the modem/router. (Hardware purchase may be required).
Discounted Service Call Rates
In the unlikely event that an on-site Service Call must be scheduled, you’ll receive half off of our regular rates! (Current Rates: $225 which includes the 1st hour, $150/hr. after that. NYC travel fees additional).
Core Plan~

Custom App Control
You’ll get a custom mobile app enabling you to fix many of the common issues that technology systems can experience- for example after a power outage.
Things like:
- Clearing network/WiFi issues
- Rebooting a frozen cable box or AppleTV
- Resetting your Smart-home system
You’ll also see vital stats about your system's health.
Monitored Core Plan~
All of the above features plus:
Dedicated 24/7/365 system protection
Our Tech Service from
Parasol will proactively monitor your technology system using the OvrC monitoring and repair platform. Should any anomaly be detected, a repair ticket will be generated and our expert Tech Service will troubleshoot and repair potential issues... oftentimes before you even notice!
When we onboard your system to our monitoring company, a full breakdown of your specific system is provided for the support technicians. So call, text, or email any time to get a dedicated tech who knows your system.
Executive Plan~
All of the above features plus:
On-demand, on-site service for Critical Projects
Our most hassle-free plan! If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will move to dispatch a technician. Once this determination is made, we will guarantee a 36 hour tech dispatch.
